How to Register your Club in Societies Act

Prepare a Bye law in proper format Bye Law model will be available in the website http://egroops.kerala.gov.in/socities.pdf and prepare bey law and sign by all the members and scan the bye law and prepare a single PDF document.

Then visit http://egroops.kerala.gov.in and click on New Society Registration and fill the details and upload the bye law which was scanned and saved in PDF Format and submit it.

It will be received by the Registration Department and the Registration department will check the application and they will call the applicant for an Interview. Applicant have to attend the Interview within 30 days.

If the applicant didn't attend the Interview then the application will be in the list of Expired Application. Applicant have to click on New Registration for Re Submit the Application.

How to pay postpaid bills online

In order to pay your bills through online you have to register in the BSNL portal by visiting 
http://portal.bsnl.in and click on Landline and click on Sign Up and fill the details and click on Submit. 

After Registering You can add your phone numbers by selecting your Stater and entering your phone number and account number (account number will be in the bill). You can add multiple phone numbers.

Once you had registered you can pay the bill after login in the BSNL portal. All the outstanding bill will be displayed in the page and you can pay by clicking on Pay. You can also pay the Postpaid bill without registering by clicking on Quick pay on the Portal.  

You will get 1% discount if you pay your bills online and the discount will reflect in your next bill. 


Now you can pay the Landline bill even after the pay by date through online. 


 Payment can be made using Credit card, Debit card, Internet Banking, Cash Card, IMPS etc.

Once you click the Dealer Name you will be redirected to a new page where you will find Tax Amount of each vehicle of the Manufacturer, Documents to be furnished by the Customer and the Dealer, then read the Eligibility criteria and click on I Agree.

Then Enter the details and click on Submit.  It should match with your details with the dealer. If it is mis matched you cant register your vehicle. 

If all the details are correct you will be redirected to the Registration Page.

Here you can select Registration Certificate Number of your choice and enter the details and click on Submit. Be careful while entering as it cannot be changed afterwards.

Once it is completed you can deliver your Vehicle from the Dealer with the Registration Certificate.  Vehicles cannot be delivered without Registration.

If you have a Ration card select Yes and Enter the Barcode value in the Ration Card and click Validate Barcode.
